So, I thought I would take a break from the Autopsy Series-not that I have been writing ANYTHING this semester! I will continue the series when I am actually doing autopsies so that I can tell more information. I hope that will be soon, I will be starting my clinical year in a few weeks!

Hi,
I am really interested in this program and I can see you enjoy it yourself. I am a current student at wsu and I was wondering if you can help clear some questions I have. When I graduate from this degree will easily find me a job, or will I suffer trying to find a good payable one. Secound, By 6 semesters you mean two years? am I correct? I do not have my full science or GenEd. Classes completed but I will be completing them by the end of the summer. But is there a chance that they wont accept that? Should I apply now or wait till I have completed in January ? I heard that they will be changing the program from a BS to MS .. is that correct? Well I wish you the best in your studies, and I hope to see you with your new diploma
thank you.

Thank you for commenting Rafel! I’m sorry I’m just now seeing your comment, I haven’t checked my blog in awhile! You will be in great demand after you finish this program! It really is a good program. I would make sure you get in a lot of job shadowing before you apply. Call the mortuary science office and talk to Paula to get job shadowing information. The program will eventually change, but it hasn’t changed yet, so an undergrad can still apply, I think. And you should make sure that the you have all you prereqs done before you apply and if you haven’t but will have them done by the time the program starts, then make sure to state that. They have informational meetings too every month, go to one of those and talk to Dr. Frade, he is the program director. Good luck to you! And thanks again for visiting the site! I promise to get some more posts going soon!
